I started this operation in 2016 after watching too many homeowners in Orange County pay for insulation that never had a chance to work. Before that, I spent six years running commercial air-barrier jobs, which is where I picked up the habit of measuring before-and-after with actual numbers - not “feels better in here.” I’m the one who writes your scope, runs the blower-door test, and signs off on the photo record before we leave. When I’m not crawling through an attic in East Yorba Linda, I’m usually explaining to someone why their R-38 batts are underperforming because the can lights below them are basically chimneys. I live in Anaheim Hills with my wife and two kids, and I still personally answer calls after hours because voicemail loops drive me nuts.
Marcus T., Senior Installer & Spray Foam Specialist
Marcus has been with us since 2019, which in this trade means he’s seen every weird framing choice Orange County builders threw at us from 1965 through 2005. He’s certified in both open-cell and closed-cell spray foam application - Icynene and Demilec systems - and he’s the one we send when a job involves cathedral ceilings or conditioned attics where there’s no room for error. Marcus grew up in Placentia, still lives there, and has a running list of every house on Yorba Linda Boulevard that still has the original R-11 from 1978. He’ll tell you about it unprompted. Off the job, he restores vintage Honda motorcycles and brings the same patience to a carburetor rebuild that he brings to masking off a two-story great room before foam goes in.
Dana R., Service Coordinator & Customer Liaison
Dana is the live voice you get when you call (909) 323-1675 at 10 PM on a Saturday because your upstairs reads 87 degrees and your downstairs is fine. She’s been with us since 2021, and before that she spent eight years dispatching for a commercial HVAC outfit in Santa Ana, so she actually knows what a CFM50 reading means and why it matters to your bill. Dana schedules every appointment, texts you when your technician is en route with a name and photo, and makes sure your written price and scope are in your inbox before anyone drives to your house. She lives in Yorba Linda proper, near Travis Ranch, and her personal vendetta is against companies that give “4-hour windows” - she books us in 2-hour slots and calls if we’re running even fifteen minutes behind.
Javier L., Apprentice Installer & Attic Safety Lead
Javier joined us in 2023 after four years doing solar panel installs across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. That background matters because solar guys spend all day on roofs and understand load paths, which comes in handy when we’re decking over an attic for storage or running radiant barrier near junction boxes. He’s completing his insulation installer certification through Owens Corning this year and already runs our attic cleaning and rodent-proofing jobs - the ones where you’re pulling out decades of droppings, damaged batts, and the occasional deceased raccoon. Javier grew up in Corona, commutes up the 91 every morning, and has a photographic memory for house layouts. He can walk an attic in Yorba Linda Hills once and tell you six months later exactly which bay had the disconnected duct. He’s also the reason we carry extra respirators in every truck, because he once found a hornet nest the size of a basketball in a Sycamore Park attic and lived to tell us all about it.
